END OF SEASON SALE  


During final sale or end of season sale, discounted items, can’t be returned, can only be exchanged with another available item, within 3 days from receiving, 

 

Full price Items

kindly check the order while the courier waits outdoors for 5 minutes, after checking the item if you no longer want it please give it back to the courier, however shipping fees must be paid wether you took the item or not


We also have a 3-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us through Instagram direct messages, we will contact the courier to pick up the items, & return it to us, them  we will inspect it & review your return, if the return request is accepted, we will then proceed with the refund proccess

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
